I would be okay with Cat Grant.  :)

Couldn't they change their hair color to match Lois?

jfdavis 2/4/2011 9:33:53 AM

Yes, the can change hair color to make her Lois but why look at just blondes if it's not a blonde role.  Lana has never been a blonde either.  Laurie Lemaris has never appeared on-screen but I can't see a mermaid traveling around Africa...

Blondes in Clark's LIfe: His mother Lara, his cousin, Kara and yes Chloe must not be forgotten!

Maybe it's Vicki Vale... ;-)

What about Lori Lemaris(I think that was the name)  the underwater chick?

there was a smokin hot character back in the early 90's named Maxima, she was a formidable oponent, but she was a redhead.  I believe is it was during the series where the eradicator was revealed.  Maybe thats the plan, all of those girls are quite enjoyable to watch, especially Diane Kruger.  Who knows, maybe it's supe's mom they are casting for.  Not every movie needs a love interest or girl to save/pursue.

cast Lindsay Lohan as Lois.  Bitch needs a comeback.

Nolan has nothing to do with the movie at this point. It's confirmed that Nolan gave an idea to Warner Bros. and had Goyer write the script based off this idea. Snyder is directing TMOS from this script. This is solely Snyder's film now.

I doubt the fact that all three women are blonde is a factor for the role. Chloe? Really? Smallville hasn't even ended yet and she may die. Plus Chloe was made specificaly for Smallville.

I'm thinking Lara El, or an original character. I'd love to see Diane Kruger and Jon Hamm as Jor El and Lara.

I got nothing on this one.  Just like Gordon-Levitt and the Dark Knight Rises connection they all have me at a total loss as to WTF they are doing.

Which actually kind of excites me. I like not knowing what is coming in new movies. It is making them so much less predictable which is a great direction to be taking Batman and Superman.

After watching Jon Hamm on The Day The Earth Stood Still, I couldn't help but think what an excellent Judge Dredd he would have made. They could have considered him.

Anyway, as for this blonde-haired female role, I don't care. I just hope this movie is good.

Vicki Vale is a good call!

And mayve the perfect segue into the new Bat franchise...

Although  there is another possibility, they could be looking for another non-blonde character... Wonder Woman
