While not a ton better than the last volume, volume 10 is a noticeable improvement.

Now Suzuka is furious, and clueless Yamato can't figure out what's he done wrong. Will Suzuka and Yamato be spending Christmas apart?
The Review!
Now that Yamato and Suzuka are an official couple, they are trying to figure out the whole couple groove thing. How much time do they spend together, how do they get past the awkward kissing situation of when and where, and just about everything else that goes along with dating. Yamato may have dated before, but he wasn’t a very good boyfriend and Suzuka has never dated, so they are in for a rough ride.
Yamato’s little cousin, Miho, may be growing up but she still holds onto her childhood crush for him. I’m glad to see this volume return to some of the other characters. Miho tries to be happy for Yamato and Suzuka, but she still loves Yamato and jealousy is never pretty. What will Yamato do when Miho catches a cold? His track record is to ignore everyone around him but Suzuka, so this doesn’t bode well for Miho.
Yamato and Suzuka try going on some dates. The aspect about the early stages of their relationship that I can appreciate the most is their tepidness about physical intimacy. This is a difficult time for anyone in any relationship, so I find it both cute and entertaining watching both of them struggle with the boundaries of their relationship. To make matters worse, Suzuka catches Yamato leaving a dating party with some girl hanging all over him. I’m sure you can all imagine Suzuka’s reaction to that. Will Yamato answer that girls phone calls in the future? Well, she definitely acts as if she likes Yamato a lot more than Suzuka does.
This volume is more like earlier volumes in this series, with Yamato spending time with various characters and the reader learning more about their personalities and backgrounds. This volume even has Yamato dining alone with Megumi and working at some of his chores around his apartment complex. There is even a chapter about Miho and Yasunobu when they were younger and Yamato wasn’t around. It is a cute side story and pretty funny.
