Some day... likely in an alternate universe... the SyFy channel will learn that they need to actually spend money on their projects, to get things like talented actors and special effects that wouldn't have made Ray Harryhausen cringe back in 1975.  Then the channel might not be the laughing stock of the genre's fanbase.  Seriously, it's like watching ESPN if they only played TV shows about sports (instead of real games), but got all the rules wrong, filmed it all with home video cameras from the late '80s, and then used a Colecovision system to show how the ball travels at the end of the basketball game when the main character hits a touchdown.  <smh>

Hanso, I've determined that Buckwild is like watching Justified, but without the satisfaction of seeing the stupid rednecks get shot dead at the end.

I will miss that show. It was an excellent take on the humans developing superpowers idea, similar to Heroes but I found the characters much more interesting. 

It ended on a cliffhanger. Is everybody dead except autistic EM reading savant Gary? We'll never know.

The cancellation doesn't surprise me. The show was just starting to get good. That's about when SyFy pulls the plug on most shows.  Most of their other shows just don't grab me. "Lost Girl" seems more interested in lesbian shock value than anything else. I watched one episode and changed the channel, when one character called the other "Sugarcrotch". Now THAT's good TV. "Being Human"...meh. I'll watch the BBC original version, which has better actors.

Here's a prediction: Warehouse 13 will end after this season wraps.

It's like they're BEGGING us NOT to watch. And who suggested cancelling Ghost Hunters?? I SO agree!

Poor Ryan Cartwright. He gave up steady work in a recurring role on "Bones" to do "Alphas". He cannot return to "Bones" because they killed his character.  Let's hope he resurfaces somewhere soon.

 This sucks. The show started off slow but it started getting better with the 2 Prof X/Magneto type characters. The difference of ideologies were played out very well. This is typical of SyFy. They really need to change their name again to "ShitFy" I like their version of "Being Human", Warehouse 13 and  watched the first season of Lost Girl but that's it. I hate reality TV  and their original movies are shitastic! Mega Croc vs Supervolcano just doesn't cut it.

 I also liked the show.. now it's just Lost Girl for me on there... and Face Off.. oh and Total Blackout cracks my ass off.

Never watched it. When Merlin ends there will be, once again, nothing I watch on this channel.

I really enjoyed this show and hate that they left it with a cliffhanger like they did.

OK, calling it boring may have been a tad too harsh.  It had bouts of boringness, though.  The middle of the seasons lagged a bit.  I was looking forward to seeing how they resolved the cliffhanger, but unless they get a farewell special, I guess that's it.

Started watching it once season 1 came on Netflix, and liked it enough to add season 2 to my DVR.   Too bad they cancelled it, as I found it enjoyable enough.
