Fresh after the final chapter in his quest for revenge picture has hit screens, KILL BILL director Quentin Tarantino has a new project in development that he will produce. HELL RIDE is another revenge-filled flick except that it comes from the mind of actor Larry Bishop (the guy who played Gomez, the owner of the strip club in KILL BILL VOL. 2). Bishop is writing the screenplay right now and will direct as well as star in the movie; Tarantino may also star as well. KILL BILL co-star Michael Madsen will also be in HELL RIDE
The film's storyline will see three dangerous and unsavory gents named The Gent (Madsen), Comanche (Tarantino) and Pistolero (Bishop) reuniting to settle unfinished business. The low-budget film will likely lens in the late summer.
Bishop has been working in movies for years, starring in a series of biker films three decades ago. His last film was MAD DOG TIME back in 1996.
