I actually thought it was Bruce Wayne dressed as the Joker. WTF? DC Animation has always been their bread and butter... If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Where is Bruce Timm when you need him???

I think they are trying to approximate the look of the original Frank Miller comic....I could be wrong.

 GenghisKong you are right!

Gothinc Storm, he produced this.

violator14 1/26/2013 10:20:48 AM

This looks stupid. And the voice actor is pretty gay...

Obviously they are going for Frank Millers look and i cannot wait for this!! I have not watched part 1 yet because i wanted to watch them together of course. But i am a huge fan of Frank Millers masterpiece and i cannot wait for the Superman/Batman showdown.

I haven't seen the movies, but I've watched trailers.  I don't like the animation.  It's very flat and lifeless.  It doesn't compare to the animation in the 1990's Warner Brothers series.   Miller's comic book artwork was some of the best stuff I've seen (in a comic), quite avante garde.  The best animated batman I've watched recently is in a short film that aired on the Cartoon Network.  You can watch it on youtube...search...batman of shanghai
