Shyamalan Talks Last AIRBENDER - Apr 16, 2008 - 10:48pm
What? Shyamalan doing a cartoon adaptation? Really? He'll probably turn it into a horribly boring thre hour movie with a shocking twist in the end...

Star Wars: Crimson Empire - Jan 23, 2008 - 12:35am
I first read these back when thet were first published. The series is a must have for an expended universe fan. The storytelling and the story itself is as clever as Zahn's books. The comic series was so succesfull they published another series with the same title. It wasn't half bad. But you should get this one for a great story.

DREAM THEATER: announce new Label, new studio album and World Tour - Feb 22, 2007 - 01:42am
It's a pity that no one cares about music news on mania. But hats off to the editorial stuff for bringing us us great progressive roch/ metal news on despite the absence of appreciation. Dream Theater probably is the biggest prog group nowadays. One of their reasons of being that big was their deal with Warner Bros/ Elektra. It is true that they werent getting the necessary support for their last three albums but they were given the chance of freedom of content. The lable tried to push these guys on an album and the result was the worst of their discography: Falling in to infinity. After that there was their self produced albums wihch brought many new fans. I would expect them to sign with InsideOut records which houses most of prog groups such as Porcupine Tree, Pain of Salvation, Symphony X and Shadow Gallery. They would probably continue to be succesful in the new label too... Roadrunner is handling Opeth very well why not DT. Anyhow back to the main subject thanks for the music news again. Please know that there are still people reading them.
