The Bandito Brothers, the group that made the hit Act of Valor, are at it again with The Prototype. This is a hot package for an under $40 million action thriller in the vein of District 9. The teaser has now leaked. Andrew Will is the writer and director and his producing partner is Shawn Wallace, and they have been working with Cantina Creative and the Bandito Bros on the film. They worked under radar on Act of Valor, but now they are getting noticed. Check out the trailer below. No release date has been set yet.

But is anyone else sick of the overhead shots of helicopter pads on top of skyscrapers?  That's worse than a lens flare.  :)
