Man to go from a great show like Young Justice to this crap.  I just don't know what gets into the minds of the people behind this.  Seriously TV programing is not hard to figure out.  If you have a good show that is well written, appeals to a wide spread audience, and is entertaining to watch, then you leave it the hell alone and run the damn thing for as long as people will watch it.  If you want to establish a good show then actually do the research to find out what people like to see.  In the case of superheroes it is not having the heroes that we love sitting around their secret base talking about what colour lip gloss looks best with their costume.  It is about complex characters and their team dynamics both on and off the battlefield.  It is about thought provoking, overarching and overlapping stories. it is also about massive battles against challenging and complex enemies.  Young Justice had all of this in spades, Batman the Animated Series... Ditto! Give us more of this level of programing and we will be glued to our TV's and computers.  This Teen Titans Go style of underwhelming garbage is just going to make us want to throw up a little and go find a good book or throw in the DVD of a series that actually got it right.  Bring back Young Justice I miss feeling whelmed!

I loved Young Justice.  It started out strong with the pilot movie and just got better from there.

My ten year-old nephew HATED Young Justice.  He felt it was too "boring."  I tried to get him to explain, but he's ten and forming an articulated position isn't really his thing.  He liked the original Teen Titans cartoon, and his current favorite is Ultimate Spider-Man.  I dunno if he'll like the new "makin' sammiches" version of Teen Titans, but I've no doubt that he will give it a fair chance.  He was very excited when I told him that Teen Titans Go! would be a sequel to the original cartoon.

JD, I feel for you, man.

I'm so sorry you have to review this.  All I've seen are the commecials, and I couldn't imagine ever wanting to actually what this show.  I suppose at some point I'll actually see this on air, and I'll give it 5 minutes or so just to confirm my suspicions.  There is so much I could say, but it's not worth it.

Why is anime so popular?  It is either too immature, or too WEIRD.

You could smell the stench 8 months ago during its development.  This show is insulting to kids when its totally mindless.  Pretty much like 75 percent of the cartoons that are on now.  I have a saying and it goes like this, "When you keep cranking out bullshit like this repeatedly, sooner or later people have no choice but to end up accepting it where more bullshit will come just like it."

We got too many retards in charge of networks that simply have no clue what entertainment is anymore.  And the suits wonder why Cartoon Network has been floundering the last 6 years.

Wyldstaar  My grandsons didn't like Young Justice either.  I figure that 90% of the programming on TV is for adults.  I have no problem with the Cartoon Network running kids shows on a Saturday morning.

Do we know for a fact that Young justice will never be back.  I never expected the show to run year round...like all televisions series this season would eventually end.  Are we certain that someone isn't working on the next season?

Yes Young Justice is cancelled blank. It wont be coming back! Also the green lantern show is dead. Just like when I was a kid these shows are made to sell toys.

Wyldstaar 5/2/2013 9:36:48 PM

I know they made Young Justice toys, but did they used to make Teen Titans toys?  I don't remember seeing them.

See my 10-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter (including myself) loved Young Justice and we're very disappointed that it was cancelled and replaced with this nonsense called Teen Titans Go.

 A steaming pile of %$#@!

add me to the list who do NOT like anime or the anime-inspired crap that proliferates modern TV. I find it both too immature and too weird; often downright incomprehensible (especially the truly Japanese stuff. I mean WTH?) At 52, I recorded and watched every episode of Green Lantern and Young Justice. This new crapola won't get a second if my time. Yes, I know it's not FOR me....but you cannot elevate the intelligence of young people by dumbing down their TV programs. My 10-year-old nephew watched YJ with me often, and what he didn't immediately grasp, we would discuss during commercials.
