I'm dying to see Solomon Kane.

Before Welling dons the tights, he needs to seriously start working out first. He's supposed to be Superman and in the comics Supes is always drawn BIG!

I'm sure Transformers 3 will be lame in the story department, but at least it won't suffer more by the presence of Megan Fox. Maybe they can write into the script that her character was "accidentally" stepped on by Optimus Prime or Megatron.

Rumors have Gemma Arterton replacing Fox.  She (Gemma) looks pretty effin' hot in those Prince Of Persia spots. Looked hot in QoS too.

I don't want to come off ignorant here but I really think after all the crappy episodes of Smallville that exists Tom Welling should instantly be a runner up for Superman in the new film. The man has played Clark for years. Not to mention I'd love to see Tom not act like an emotional teen and actually go out in the suit and  fight villians. I really could honestly see that. And dont' give me that age crap. Christian Bale has got to at least be in his late 30's right? If they're doing a Justice League movie that'd work out extremely well.

I don't know I think when it comes down to it , if they only have one shot at making a great Superman film you gotta get the guy who's played him for like the last decade.

Welling's got a lot of influence in Smallville now since he's co-producing, that and "WildCats" (about cheerleaders) for the CW. Don't remember seeing or hearing Martha say that the costume came from his ship, that might be a small slip, a good one though because I couldn't imagine Martha sewing it up.

I definetely think we'll see Clark fly from episode 1 of next season. Remember, Clark is/was falling from the skyscraper in the last seconds of the season finale. What better reason to have him fly than because he's in life threatening danger. I expect to see Welling in the suit between the third to mid season episode.

I love the fact that Welling wants Rosenbaum back as Lex as much as most fans do. Although, if we see him, it'll probably be in the last two episodes, after the battle with Darkseid. I imagine a scene like Bruce Wayne's return in Batman Begins: "Lex, your supposed to be dead" "Well, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" kind of scene and you see Lex staring out of the Luthor Corp. window (the one that he threw Lionel out of) as Superman is seen flying by.

Monstermaniac, well if a Superman movie where made, I'm sure finding an actor other than Welling would be very hard, considering Singer had such a hard time finding someone. Luckily, the "age factor" doesn't apply to Superman because as we all know, Superman ages a lot slower than humans. Daniel Cudmore is the only other actor besides Welling that I believe would suit the future Superman film.

Michael J. Bassett - Bassett hound. Michael J. Fox - Fox and the hound. Are all Michael J.'s named with canines? :P

I say let Welling be Superman in the series and if he does a good job then maybe DC can put him in movies, I like the guy. But we all know they have to have a different actor for the movie so it won't happen.

Stop hating on Megan Fox. She told the truth about Bay like some other female actresses. Bay is a douche bag to the women he employ so it's like this; if you hit someone then expect to be hit back. I'm glad she walked away instead of letting him walk over her.

I have never been able to attend San Diego (hopefully one day) and I know it's the mother of all cons but they should not limit it to just that event.  I have attended sorta similar event and have had some fun and interesting experiences.
