A.I.M. was in Iron-man 3 and seems to have a different origin than in the 616 comics.  I like your ideas though & think they should bring in Hydra and A.I.M. as villians of S.H.I.E.L.D.

These rights are going to get more and more confusing especially with a TV show that will want to show characters from the Marvel U.

I could see threatened lawsuits/cease and desists from Fox and Sony if ABC tries to use a character that sort of belongs to the rights.  It's too grey.

ElBaz didn't realize Viper was in The Wolverine. I always associated her closer to HYDRA and Capt America even thougfh she's had her face offs with mutants.

Plus I'm almost positive she first appeared in Cap's book which is almost always a big indicator of which "property" she belongs to.

Perhaps you're right or maybe like you said they do have shared custody

I know. She was always part of Cap's origin and rogues gallery but the 90s brought her into Wolverine's fold so who knows now?

Maybe they can both use her but not make any reference of X-men stuff in the MCU and vice versa. So in The Wolveine, she can't be a member of Hydra or mention being Cap's foe, I'm assuming.

I was really thinking I'd like to see luke cage, he'll never get a movie and he would do great as a solid B lister on a show like this. Would love to see the runaways and cloak and dagger as well... As stated there is such a huge roster that could be tapped at least for quick one shots.

I would love a She-Hulk appearance that spins off into her own show. I could see a TV show that's sort of a super-powered Ally McBeal/Castle/Bones/Grey's Anatomy feel. It would have the obvious humor of a tall, powerful green skinned but beautiful lawyer and all the odd and dangerous things she gets into. Maybe she could occasionally break the thrid wall and talk to the audience about how weird her life. "Great, that cute cop I liked finally asks me out to dinner. Me and my secretary spend hours figuring out what make-up works on green skin.I get a plus-sized dress hemmed in on all the right places. He takes me to a great place - thats right across from a bank robbery! Now I'm standing here in a ripped dress covered in dirt holding the bumper that came off from the getaway car that sped off!."

Both AIM and Hydra have been intorduced in the films so it will be pretty easy to use them in the show.

That reminds me of the John Byrne She-Hulk run. That was a fun series.

It would be funny with a Kevin Arnold Wonder Years type of voice over.  Plus they could get out of the typical superhero formula (isolation, angst, secert identities and protection of loved ones)

With today's technology, they could easily tint the skin green using CG instead of putting an actress in make up every day.

I like it!

I think Doc Samson would be a perfect fit to appear on this TV show.

Yes to this whole list.  Add in Hero's For Hire and Dare Devil and it is PERFECT.
