I can't help but be totally excited about this!!  I mean c'mon!!!  we all grew up or aged a signigicant portion of our lives with this man beating the crap out of everyone and anyone while making sci-fi and action the most profitable films to make!  Heed the words of Wiseguy and watch the shit talk about Arnie, this site and all of us fans of it's typical fare owe a lot to the Austrian Oak!!!

HE'S GONNA BE BACK!!!!!!

Using computers to de-age an actor for even 5 minutes of a film is insanely expensive and complex.  I couldn't imagine a 2-hour film could do that with Arnold for the bulk of the film, unless its budget was nearly unlimited.  Plus, I doubt audiences would really buy into it for that long.  We all know how Arnold looks in real life, so wouldn't such a special effect take most audiences right out of the film?  I know it would for me.

Plus, let's face it - the Terminator franchise was always James Cameron's baby, and without his involvement I doubt it'll be anything good (though I thought Terminator Salvation was better than I had expected).

Hell with James Cameron. He's wasting his time with blue silly avatar creatures.

Terminator is where it's at . Arnie will juice it up and get back in tip top form. If not CGI is your friend haha Ya need that voice in there some place.

Totally up for a part 5 and 6 i want more of the future war - and i want to see the part where they storm the time travel facility to send kyle back then blow the place after.  I want more indepth stuff on what happens in Connor's world.

Bring back Bale as Connor and lets roll.

Arnolds age is a big question mark for this, someone postulated in an earlier article that he could play a T-800 sent into the past, missed his assignment, and continued on while his organic exterior aged naturally.  That would be a good excuse.

Side note: Mania's new advertising ploy of linking random words to this travel commercial is really annoying!  STOP IT!!

I'm not concerned about an old man getting in shape, but you can't run from age.  Not even the Terminator.

Could be cool. I loved Salvation and am glad they are going to continue on after it. Bring it on.

Maybe he will play the soldier that the original Terminator was based on. that way they wouldn't need any cgi for him...just a thought.

James C should direct it ... yes!

I liked 3 and Salvation more than most, though Salvation would have been so much more without Stupid McG directing....The first film left such an impression on me as a kid, I can't wait for more...
