LOL! BHC: 4, and it will be called something like, 'To Be Or Not To Be A Beverly Hills Cop'. Or TBONTBABHC for short. What exactly is wrong with X3? Ratner is a good director. Red Dragon was fantastic. I enjoyed all three rush hour movies and I REALLY Like X3...much better than 2. Imagine if Anderson (AVP) or Uwe Boll was considered. I am sick of the Ratner hating.

I want to watch this show. Is it good? I mean, is it good and not CORNY? I start watching Bones, and I have to admit, it is ok and I like David....but Emily Deschanel is just not the right actress for that show. I want to like it. I think I am getting there and I am interested in this show...but it seems like the Ghost Whisperer to me and I cannot stand that show.

Oh my gosh. This movie is horrid and the whole idea of a sequel makes no sense. Leave it alone let it die. No offense, but a news crew "follows" the monster? The disaster? Then why even bother with the amateur footage? It would negate it. That is a reason I thought Cloverfield was horrid. We have a guy filming TV in which we can see they have a better glimspe of the monster. it just seems juvenile.

LOL!!! I love the responses. I am not allowed to input my opinion, but it is PERFECT for everyone else. Classic. Also, mla, Do you know what bias means? LOL!!!!!! Everyone, we all know Lost, is well LOST on its own story and where to take it. Nothing you can do about that. The X-Files had depth and didn't rely on a continuation. It made GREAT stand alone episodes along with great Mythology episodes. If you like LOST, great. Enjoy the mediocre television. I will stick to intelligent, fun Television.

Whoa...whoa.whoa......WHOAA!!! WHAT. THE. FUCK? People on here are seriously stating that LOST, is BETTER than The X-Files? NO WAY. Please, give us some insightful answers on why LOST is better. PLEEEEEEEEASE. Could it be that seasons 1 and 2 are almost EXACTLY the same? I do agree BSG is a good show. However, for me The X-Files is the best show on TV. Well, WAS on TV. LOST is nothing but redundancy. At least the X-Files changed TV, it was graphic, insightful, thoughtful, and even funny. It was scary, personal and suspenseful. Show like Home and The End and others were fantastic. The X-Files WORST episodes (Mostly seasons 8 and 9) run circles around LOST "BEST" episodes. If LOST even has good ones. Seriously, does anyone know the show? He has the poster back, yes it could be his OFFICE or his apartment. It is known they are FBI agents again, not in the beginning, but it happens. Hmmm.....everyone knows how Much I hate and despise SR. It was a rehash of The First movie. It had little action, little story, little creativity. Sorry, Merin, I usually get your posts. I really do. but you are going to far. Even the studio stated the movie was not what it would have liked it to be. SR was not a good movie, people wanted to like, they made themselves like. They wanted Superman to be back on the big screen they looked passed the obvious errors and bad writing. The suit, Bosworth, The kid, Lex as the Villian. Real Estate as the Plot. However, as the movie sunk in, people started to realize it was not all that great. I am sorry, but I do not agree the Staduim scene was in either way emotional or scene stealing. Yes, the movie made SOME money. It was not in anywaye profitable for WB. Superman should have been bigger and better than Spider-man. It was nothing short of disappointing. Merin, you can give us links and crop reports and show us what you think makes SR a success. As you know, when people post about how they like SR or loved it, they always state they are in the minority. Interesting. Very few like or love the movie, MANY hate and are disappointed with it. Jericho is a really, really good show. I watched in on DVD again, and was again blown away. The show is cancelled (according to insider source) and that makes me a little upset. They premiered the second season during the writers strike. They could have at least waited until it was over. Also, I feel they didn't really promote it all that well. Jericho is a sold show and I wish it would stay on the air. We get crap like CSI and Without a Trace, but good quaility shows are always cancelled. Drives me insane. I wish it were on Fox, becasue then it would have staying power. Hell Prison Break is still on....Jericho should be given the saem respect.

Um, sorry is it just me or does the hulk look like Ang Lee's hulk except more muscular? I am not impressed with this movie. I was really hyped about this movie and it is not really getting me excited. Damn! You know what? I was really wanting this to blow my socks off. It is only a trailer and I really want to like this movie, but it is looking like this is not gonna be the smash we were expecting. To be honest, I like the Lost Boys: The Tribe trailer more than the Hulk trailer! the CGI does not look impressive either. Dang, I need to quit thinking about the trailer because I will just get upset and will not want to watch the movie.

I enjoyed AvP:R, I thought it was fun and it actually felt a lot like ALiens and Predator Mixed together. I did not like however the Predalien. The movie should have been called PRedalien instead of AvP:R, but whatever. I hope the Third one is in space with no Predalien and just a full out battle. Oh, and PLEASE. LET SOMEONE WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cloverfield is a horrible movie. The box office shows this. I knew Cloverfield would lose its momentum and this proves it. juno is a fantastic movie as is Rambo. Untraceable and the Bucket List were excellent as well. I was actually surprised by 'The Eye', I didn't think I would enjoy it, but I did. I do not see the appeal of Hannah Montana either, but at least she is a little bit more of a positive role model, Look at Jamie Lynn Spears. Not so much.

A B+? Really? I would give it a solid A. I thought the movie was great, unbelievably GRAPHIC, but a great movie regardless. Stallone (even hopped up on growth hormones) is a really talented guy. Stallone wrote and directed a really fun and eye-opening movie. Although, I hope this is his last sequel to his 80's blockbusters. Yet, then again, he surprised the HELL out of me with Rocky Balboa. Oh, and Boxofficemojo.com staes Rambo is number 1, even though it made less than Meet the Spartans. I was hoping Rambo would be number one....but legitimately.

I have noticed as well that many other forums are really disrespectfu and have really nasty things to say about Heath. Here, on Mania, it has been positive and I love that. Everyone knows my feelings on him being cast for the Joker. However, that is niether here nor there. I am am looking at this fine actor and see so much potential. Watching the Patriot a little while ago, just reminded me of how great he can really be. Also, I thought abotu the The Crow and Joker makeup and cannot believe the odds of both of them dying while looking surprisingly similiar.

Hmmm, I hate Star Trek? Riiiiiight. What is Next? X-Files is a crappy show? Look, I LOVE Star Trek. Tha tis my point with this worthless "Reboot" "re-imaging", or "re-whatever-you-want-to-call-it" T2 assembly line was fantastic. It was about a character we rarely see fully. It looked good. The Enterprise being BUILT!?!? Do they evne know their Star Trek Mythology? Seriously, where do they get off. A lot fo you know I am HUGELY against this remake. However, opening weekend I will feel vinidcated and JJ Abrams will be exposed for the hack he is. Oh and another thing, they wanted this t have a REAL feel to it? WTF? IT IS STAR TREK! Tha tis my point with this worthless "Reboot" "re-imaging", or "re-whatever-you-want-to-call-it" T2 assembly line was fantastic. It was about a character we rarely see fully. It looked good. The Enterprise being BUILT!?!? Do they evne know their Star Trek Mythology? Seriously, where do they get off. A lot fo you know I am HUGELY against this remake. However, opening weekend I will feel vinidcated and JJ Abrams will be exposed for the hack he is. Oh and another thing, they wanted this t have a REAL feel to it? WTF? IT IS STAR TREK! Well, I feel better. Yeah I knew it was going to be number one this weekend. However, Word of mouth really helped the movie sink on Saturday and Sunday (I know the NFL Playoffs are starting today (sunday) and I am EXCITED! What? I can't be a geek and Jock?) Anyways, Fri the movie made about 17mil and sat it made 13.8mil and then Sunday of course it made even less cash with 10mil. A 17-25 percent drop is not good. In fact it is supposed to do more business on Sat (if it is not a HUGE blockbuster and makes all its money on Fri) So I feel better. Cloverfield was just an over hyped movie. Yes, people will realize later it is garbage and that is fine, It happened with the over hyped SR and Spider-man 3. Cloverfield will be no different as will be the Star Trek movie. I am just glad that people spoke out. My aunt saw it in Michigan and she said the theater booed there as well. So, it is hard for me to believe people really cheered this movie or left really appreciating it. Sadly, the ending is an obvious solute to a sequel. Just leave it alone. Let Japan do the Godzilla movies. Please? Thanks.

It is nothing new, it is basically Godzilla with good CGI and jagged cuts and shots. I am surprised others admitted that the audienced booed in the theatres because that is EXACTLY what they did at mine. Yet, somehow this movie is getting rave reviews? SO is this a PS3 Xbox thing? To be honest, PS3 will not be much this year. It has to much ground to catch up on. Xbox has plenty in line for their releases. As for the Wii, which is briefly mentioned, Who cares about Hard drives? Wii and Xbox have USB ports, I bought a 200G for my Wii for 70 bucks, And it is STILL cheaper than the PS3 by leaps and bounds. And 200G is a lot more than 80G. Not a great selling point. Same for the Xbox. I love both my Xbox 360 and Wii. PS3 has turned me off fromt heir products altogether. Seriously, having Blu-ray RAMMED down our throats it getting old. Wii will have some cool games coming. I am looking forward to Star Wars: FU. I think it will rock. Anothe rmetroid is in the works and LucasArts is finally getting the balls to make star wars games for the Wii. As much as I love the Superman Comics, I do not consider the Death of Superman to be a Graphic Novel. In fact, I think it is one of the weaker series. I am not a huge fan of Doomsday. I liked the concept, but they went about it all wrong. One villain I would love to see is Metallo or Parasite, either one would be great visually and would add a kind of action not seen on film. As stated before, I am SICK of Lex. Give us a new take. With our luck they will use Composite Superman or Gog. Or use Lex Luthor and have him create Galactic Golem to fight Supes. We need a great villain that could make us feel that Superman can die. Even Darkseid is a good idea. As Long as Singer is gone, I am one happy fan. Now, lets get a director who understand Batman and I would be in comic heaven. OH JOY!

As I have stated many time before. Singer will NOT direct the next superman movie. To be honest, how anyone could like let alone LOVE SR is beyond me. For me, it was everything singer tried to change that ruined it. The Suit, the kid, Lois. The things he reused other bothered me. Lex, Property gain. Yeah, there was no action. However, I do not need action to sustain me. I need a good story and a good vision. Burton's Batman had barely any "action", yet it was good because of the story. Furthermore, Singer doesn't have a grasp on the character like he did in X-men and X2. He seems to want to change everything while still trying to use the previous Reeves films. That is irritating. Either do your own thing or just stay with the continuity. The fact remains, Singer is not wanted for this project, strike or no strike. As stated before, I thought this movie was good. The first one seemed really cheesy and had a more "Freddy VS. Jason" feel to it. As I have said int he past, I hate that the aliens gestate in like five minutes and they still do that with this movie. that irritates me! However, it was darker and feels more like the originals than the first one did and that makes me feel a little better. Oh and the predalien, though interesting, does not make sense, should just be an alien. Sick of the hybrid twist.

A Manager of the bank who talks like a gangster and mindlessly shoots rounds off is not smart. Then, a BUS runs through the bank undetected and the Joker drives away behind a line of buses....that happen to be there? Like the cops have no clue the people witnessed a BUS crash through a building! This is the crap that irritates me. No one saw two men in masks glide down a rope onto the bank building? In BROAD DAYLIGHT? How can people look past the idiocy and say OOOO AHHHH....Batman and the Joker. It is hype. Nothing more than that. No, I have desire to see or watch this movie. And yes, I will state how dumb this movie is. EVEN without seeing it. Sorry, but I hate how the Joker looks. The movie seems more Stiff than dark and edgy. First off, I HATED Batman Begins with a passion, yet I like the suit. Weird. It is not the best suit, and yes the original design would be a little better. I like the look of the batsuit but the logo could be more prominent. 20105, You know what? I like what you said. Batman is a deadly Ninja in a sense. What you stated is perfect. That suit makes it look more robocop than stealth. I still like the suit, wish they would use the original batman suit and use the same principles....but what you said is logical and on the money. To be honest, I love everything about the batsuit except the bat logo. It is small and indented......seems off to me. The utility Belt looks good as well. AS for the Movie? The Trailer will confirm my hatred for the franchise. One more thing. That poster is ridiculous!! First, we know the Joker in this Vision will not be a silly goofy homicidal maniac like the comics. Yes, 300 is not a good movie and is HIGHLY overrated. Yet, as much as I like Tyler Mane, I think Butler is a better choice. And yes, since Sabretooth and Wolverine are RELATED, it is logical if they look alike (even though I do not see ANY resemblance.) I am actually excited about this movie. I know many here "hated" X3, but I loved it and I wish they would make a 4th one. Wolverine will have to do. I have no desire for Magneto, though. YAWN.

I wonder if they will get William Daniels to voice the old KITT? Seriously....this show was prematurely cut of after four seasons. Lets get 2-3 tops of another version.

Guess I will be the first to point out the obvious. It is a picture. In no way does this look like Joker or gives us an idea of what the performance is gonna be. A humanized Batman? LOL! One thing I can do, is state if I am going to like something or not. Regardless if the movie is out yet or not. All hollywood can do now is take the past and re-image it. Just do something original or build upon. Everyone has their opinion. The fact remains, I think this movie will bomb. No one wants to see this movie other than individuals who are easily entertained. People who can sit down and watch gigli 24/hrs a day. Sadly, this guy does not have Spocks mannerisms or facial expressions, he looks to much like the villain from Heroes and nothing more. In fact, where in anything this actor has been in gives a hint he could be a Vulcan? A homicidal maniac, yes. A emotionless Vulcan? No, he cannot convey that. Why are so many people easily pleased? Easily entertained? That is frustrating to me. Hollywood keeps pumping out crap because people say OH AWESOME!!! Then, after that crappy movie has settled they all get on the band wagon and state how much they hated the movie. Their true colors and feelings come out. That is irritating. What is it with Blu-Ray lovers? HD-DVD holds less Storage. Big whoop! Like We really need the extra 10-15 Gigs? Seriously, when shows start coming out on the High Def Disks, do you think they are gonna put all the episodes on one disk and then put the extra on another? no, they are going to have as many disks as possible. At Least HD-DVD is not making us buy it with their most popular console. I am sorry, but HD-DVD player costs 200 at Wal-freaking-mart, and even less on ebay. Blu-Ray Players cost 400+ bucks! That is DOUBLE the damn price. I will be investing in a player that plays both as I am sick of the damn disk wars. I hope Sony goes down as they do not deserve to when this war. As much as I hate transformers, I am glad they are getting people to buy the HD-DVD. Remember, the cheapest player will when this war. Look at the Wii.
What is it with Blu-Ray lovers? HD-DVD holds less Storage. Big whoop! Like We really need the extra 10-15 Gigs? Seriously, when shows start coming out on the High Def Disks, do you think they are gonna put all the episodes on one disk and then put the extra on another? no, they are going to have as many disks as possible. The Quality is the SAME! Frankly, I like HD-DVD. I am sick of Sony and their dumb ideas (PS3 comes to mind) Blu-Ray is being forced on us. Why do these people not learn from Star Trek Enterprise? no one wants their mythology messed with. And Leonard Nimoy taking this and Shatner not is very disturbing. Again, it is Romulans and it is about EARTH mythology. Seriously, get a better story, give us a WAR. The Dominion, the Cardassians, The Borg, and the Federation give us an all out WAR! Why is that hard? A prequel is going to be useless. Paramount and JJ Abrams are going to ruin this great franchise. Mark my words, this movie will bomb and it will be a laughing stock.

Well, to be honest I a a very hard critic when it comes to movies. Yet, I know how to suspend belief, how else could I enjoy FF and Hellboy? Seriously though, when directors and FANS say they want realism in movies and want to make it as real as possible, then do so. Do not make the movie half-assed because you know it can gain hype. For instance: If NEWS crews are filming the monster attacking the city, why would they want to watch footage that is barely comprehensible and rarely shows the monster? You have news crews that are looking DIRECTLY at monster? Stuff like that just irritates me. The Government will not watch 30 minutes of a party and then watch 5 mins of monster from amateur footage. Yeah, right. Another example is Batman Begins. People love this movie because it is "real" Even Nolan states that he can only do a batman movie if it is done with realism. Not gimmicks. Weird, since when is driving a TANK on a roof REAL? Not Gimmicking at all. Yet, fans eat up the hype and always will. So Hollywood is doing something right. This is why we have people who know nothing of story and real element making movies. And we will continue to get garbage. I mean we are getting a remake of Freddy, Jason (already did Michael...with the horrid Halloween remake), Critters, The Thing and now Child's Play! Come on! USE THE BRAIN PEOPLE! If you want it real, make it real, you want it original, then do so.
