 Rick is back...physically.  I wouldn't count on him being any more sane then the Governor at this point.  Just a guess at who is at the other end of the phone, but I'd suspect someone who is not alive.  

BTW, damn, as if cutting Lori open, and putting a bullet in her head wasn't enough...they had a zombie stuff himself on her.  There ya go Lori haters.  Salt added to wound.  

I know who's on the phone, or pretty close to it.. Of course they'll sway from the books a bit but it's pretty clear.

Ricks out of his mind just like how he is in the books, It's perfect !

I actually think Rick has gone more crazy in the show than in the comic. They made the Governor less insane and Rick more crazy. It is pretty interesting actually. I look forward to future developments. This show is firing on all cylinders for sure.
