Marvel Characters Crossing into THOR: I'm excited for this but I do hope they keep any appearances small and at the end, like they've been doing so far. Thor and the realm eternal come 1st.

From what I have read/heard a large portion of Thor takes place in Asgard - I hope that is the case and it ends with the good doctor finding the stick that will later make him the Might Thor like in the comics.

Actually Thor is planning to shoot some in CHICAGO. Since we lucked out and are not getting the Olympics-which is great news for Chicago and I am not being sarcastic-alot of buildings set to be used as the Olympic Village are up for demolition. The rumor around the city from a few tv and radio stations is that those will be in upcoming Marvel flicks as battle areas. Since they blew up the hospital in Dark Knight and the city lost some movies over the last year because of  a corrupt city president and  the mayor raise taxes. Now they are reconsidering and a few movies are due to shoot here now.  There are enough places here to build Asgard sets as well.

Hopefully Thor wont be the Ass guard AVATARDED is.

The marvel animation dvds get better with each new release.  I am really looking forward (major understatement) to Planet Hulk, and hope that they do more comic storyline concepts really soon.  Secret Wars or Exiles would be phenomenal.

I like Clark Gregg. He was great on The West Wing and he was great in Iron Man. As I've posted at another site, he's the kind of support-actor that holds some of the weight in movies so that the stars can be the stars. The only way I'd be happy with a different SHIELD rep (aside from Fury himself) than Coulson would be if they brought in Dum Dum Dugan....

"And it all leads up to Marvel's plans for the first super-group sequel: 'The Avengers'."

And I now have wood.  TEASE ME, Marvel!  Tease me, Feige!!  Let's see Agent Coulson and Tony Stark pop into Thor in some last minute, after-the-credits scene.  LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

Ive seen Planet Hulk.  As someone who read the comic arc it was a bit of a let down.  Marvel had to change a few things because of character rights and I understand that the story had to be trimmed down for the translation but there were was too much needless straying from the comic.

Oh, and unless they plan on doing WWH the end was a cop out.
