So, who wants to guess how much they screw up/change Deadpool's costume in this one? I hate the Ultimate Deadpool, which is weird because I tend to favor the Ultimate version of characters, when they do change them. Ultimate Deadpool though looks like my doo-doo's puke.

This is not a complaint or anything, so please don`t jump on the "hate rappers as actors bandwagon" but why Will I am? I didn`t even know that he was an actor or attempting to be an actor. I mean there is no doubt that Will looks like Wraith, but can he act?
Reynolds should be great as Deadpool. Of course they are going to change his costume, but it would be cool if they didn`t. I wonder if any other of Team X will appear?

yeah ponyboy76 will.i.am is a total surprise to me too i didn't know he wanted to act as well. we'll just have to what and see if he can pull it off.

Let's hope this project doesn't start to get the case of tossing in hero/villian overkill which bogged down X-3. By the way Azul my friend, been minding the store for me?

Why so worried about costumes? I think the X-Men movies showed they don't really follow the comics when it comes to costumes..."What do you want, yellow spandex?"...and I didn't really notice all that much difference in the Ultimate Deadpool costume. Hey, they got the red and black right. Come on.

RaithManan...No ones minding the store for you because you are a low lvl employee and so is AzulTalon...If anyone is running the store it's Merin or Ponyboy or Metalwater or Wessmith or Galaga51 or zack2366 or almostunbiased or mckracken or Whiskeymovie or exfan or daforce or godsonfilm or Swansong or TKay42one or WISEGUY562 or sportwarrior or SONYMANswallows and even me...When your new you mind no one but yourself and the regional manager is Darkjedi also known as JarrodSarafin...
These newbies come in and think they run and own the place lol...Just kidden guys or am I?
Don't let it bother you, I too thought I had a superior complex until the guys here set me straight...
I know nothing about the x-men other than the recent movies and what I watched on the t.v. back in the 80's and I don't remember that far back, so I will have to concede and trust you guys know what you are talking about...
By the way welcome all new comers and have respect for those that have been here for, Way too long lol

I respect you old geezers...until ya piss me off. Fair enough? hehehe. Tho I've been a long time reader, only recently decided to inflict my fevered opinions on your unfortunate souls.

As to the cameos, every character listed so far makes sense, except for Gambit. he doesn't need to be in this movie. Give him his own movie already so the Gambit-lovers can quit whining. But he has no business appearing in a Wolverine origin story since Wolvie doesn't meet him until AFTER Wolverine joined the X-men.

TKay42one • Feb 20, 2008, 03:45am •
Yeah, you just can't compare movies to comics or you'll never be happy, TayDor. I understand what you mean about Gambit in the Wolverine movie, but then again, the first X-Men movie SHOULD have had Beast and Angel, and they and Iceman should have been much closer in age to Scott and Jean. And for that matter, what was the deal with putting Rogue into the relationship dynamic that Wolverine traditionally had with Jubilee in the comics? I didn't really care because it was a very well made and entertaining movie. Not trying to tell you what to do, but you shouldn't nitpick so much if the movie is shaping up to be good. If the movie comes out and you hate it then feel free. Gambit shouldn't know Wolverine in this movie according to comics, but when you consider the other characters in this movie, Gambit's character should do well. He was always one of the rogue "Han Solo" characters of the X-Men.

I am a metalhead, but I am a huge fan of the BEP's,,,,,but why is it always rappers turned actors? (Not hating on Pony, just curious)....I am sure he will do a fine job, otherwise they would not have cast him. I don't really care if they change costumes or not, just make a good movie.
