Three new featurettes have popped up online in various websites for The Incredible Hulk. With the film hitting theaters in the next few days, they will likely be some of the last special clips shown before audiences hit the box offices. The upcoming adaptation stars Edward Norton, Liv Tyler, Tim Roth, Tim Blake Nelson, Ty Burrell and William Hurt. Director Louis Leterrier led the project, based on a screenplay by Zak Penn and Norton.

Plot Summary: "The Incredible Hulk" kicks off an all-new, explosive and action-packed epic of one of the most popular superheroes of all time. In this new beginning, scientist Bruce Banner (Edward Norton) desperately hunts for a cure to the gamma radiation that poisoned his cells and unleashes the unbridled force of rage within him: The Hulk.

Living in the shadows--cut off from a life he knew and the woman he loves, Betty Ross (Liv Tyler)--Banner struggles to avoid the obsessive pursuit of his nemesis, General Thunderbolt Ross (William Hurt), and the military machinery that seeks to capture him and brutally exploit his power.

As all three grapple with the secrets that led to The Hulk's creation, they are confronted with a monstrous new adversary known as The Abomination (Tim Roth), whose destructive strength exceeds even The Hulk's own. And on June 13, 2008, one scientist must make an agonizing final choice: accept a peaceful life as Bruce Banner or find heroism in the creature he holds inside--The Incredible Hulk.

Norton's a total control freak! He rewrites all his movies and tries to get final cut in the editing room. In this case I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing!

I'm there this weekend no doubt. BUT - with all the stories flying 'round about arguing over final cut, and some of the reviews I've read that seem to indicate there's deeper film in the theatrical cut trying to come out, I'm willing to believe we won't get the best version of The Incredible Hulk until DVD.

joey, I think you hit it right on the head. Although I don't know if the best version is correct. But the final plan in this film was to cut out some of the emotional, character development stuff to keep it short and action packed. Perhaps an over-reaction to the first film but understandable. We shall see.

By the way, the midnight shows Thursday are happening. I only say this because it was still in question for many of us. But it's official, I already got my tickets.
