It's never too late to find love? Even for zombies? Moviegoers will try that scenario out in theaters this summer when Summit Entertainment releases their first zombie romance tale, Warm Bodies. Based on Isaac Marion's novel, the horror romance will star Nicholas Hoult, Teresa Palmer, Rob Corddry, John Malkovich, Analeigh Tipton, Dave Franco and Cory Hardrict. Jonathan Levine penned the screenplay and helmed the production.

Check out three new photos of Hoult in his zombie makeup down below.

Plot Concept: When a highly unusual zombie rescues a girl from imminent death at the hands of his cohorts, their unlikely romance sets in motion a chain of events that will transform him, his fellow dead, and maybe even the whole lifeless world.

Warm Bodies marches into theaters August 10, 2012.

So is this gonna be like another Twilight Saga but with zombies?

jedibanner 1/11/2012 8:30:39 AM

yes...yes indeed....CRAP!!!

And the idea of zombies changing into something else other then zombies is like a chinese buffet with healthy food in it....has no place.

I thought these were stills from Robert Pattinson in Twilight.

Wait...we're supposed to take this film seriously?  Like, it doesn't know it's a comedy?

 is this s#it for real?

Jackwagon, I was going to type the same thing. I honestly thought it was some type of comedy.

If I knew it was this easy to make up crap for 12 to 17 year old girls and make a couple of million, I would have done it a long time ago.

Man-Pig alert: Jack Nicholson's quote from "As Good As It Gets" applies to this zombie movie and the Twilight stuff:

Woman: How do you write women so well?

Nicholson: I think of a man and I take away reason and accountability."

That must be the secret formula for a lot of these Twilight style movies and books.
