Tim Allen's New Sci Fi Comedy
Date: Wednesday, February 14, 2001Tim Allen and Mel Gibson will team to develop Star Child, a sci fi comedy for Paramount Pictures.
Allen may star in the film, according to Variety, hoping to capitalize on the success of Galaxy Quest.
StarChild is described as a comedic sendup of the sci-fi genre. It centers on a socially challenged CIA (news - web sites) agent who helps a friendly alien get back home after an interstellar battle, according to Variety.
