YAHOO! Entertainment news carries an AP story on Tim Curry, Dr. Frank N. Furter himself, on being typecast as the villain.
The actor notes, "It's like a sort of self-perpetuating prophecy. Once you've actually scared somebody, you're the go-to guy, you know. And I think it always has a great deal to do with kind of the sense of glee that you bring to it. And I think the less dull you make evil, the more they want you to do it again."
