NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Time Warner Cable yesterday announced the launch of a promotional campaign for the company’s Road Runner Turbo High Speed Online service in partnership with Warner Bros. Pictures’ upcoming live-action, high-octane family adventure 'Speed Racer'. The campaign will leverage Time Warner Cable’s VOD platform and www.RoadRunner.com providing exclusive content and a sweepstakes giving visitors the chance to win a Mazda Speed3.

Through May 30, 2008, Time Warner Cable will run a series of spots featuring a race between Road Runner and Speed Racer. These cliffhanger spots will drive viewers to RR.com/speedracer, where visitors can participate in the sweepstakes and view Speed Racer related content, including the movie’s trailer, behind-scenes footage, movie outtakes, cast bios, extras, online games and bloopers.
Available on Time Warner Cable VOD will be an exclusive 20-minute mockumentary, film trailer, behind-scenes footage, and cast interviews. This content will be available in the VOD category Entertainment on Demand and HD on Demand.
