It's youth in revolt as the titans pull together in this week's new episode of 'Batman: The  Brave and the Bold'! Cartoon Network has given us 28 new images from the show. But first, here's the description.

Aqualad, Robin and Speedy have had it with being bossed around and demand a piece of the action, but they get more than they bargained for when they find themselves facing off against Ra's Al-Ghul and his flying island!

BATMAN: THE BRAVE & THE BOLD, "Sidekicks Assemble" airs Friday, January 22 at 7:30 p.m. on the Cartoon Network.

good episode..only problem is..i guess they didnt want to get different voice actors to voice the younger Robin, Aqualad and Speedy and the older teen versions...cause they sounded 8 years old when they were older teens.

So - is this show any good yet?  They need to man up and come out with another mature Batman series or at the very least make another Batman animated movie ala Green Lantern, Superman's Dead, and Wonder Woman.  Hell, maybe make a Hush movie or the one where Gotham is overrun by the criminals and put under martial law.  I forgot what that was called.

Personally, I loved seeing Superman, Wonder Woman and the Martian Manhunter.

And while my young son and I are not big fans of Brave and the Bold (give us Justice League Unlimited any day for serious story telling and action), this was a pretty good episode.

But it's time to have Superman making an apperance.

Hey MrJawbreakingEquilibrium, I have to ask this.  Why do cartoons have to be mature & violent in order for them to be good?  The show is meant for kids / fan-boys (like ourselves).  A family friendly cartoon stinks just because it's family friendly?

I'll jump to it's defense, the show is enjoyable. ;-p

This show gets better every week. Plus, it has lots of "easter eggs" for us fanboys. I didn't think I'd like this cartoon, but I've been pleasently surprised.

Nice to the ole Hanna-Barbera era "Hall of Justice" again.
