Now available through Alter Ego Comics is the Batman Shakespeare Remote Control Bust as seen on the TV show BATMAN from the 1960's.

The bust stands 21 1/2 inches tall, exactly like the original. They are made of roto-cast resin and finished in metalized antique bronze paint.

Tip the head back and it actually works as a remote. Simply plug in any small appliance: lamp, TV, stereo, lighted collectible showcase, etc... The bust works as a switch to turn your appliance on and off. With some minor manipulation (and consultation from a licensed electrician), it

The bust is priced at $294.99.

Holy disposable income Batman! Who has that kind of money for a lump of resin?

Nothing quite like a $295 Shakespeare shaped light switch.

Unless I'm mistaken, this item's been out for a couple of years now.

lol That's too funny. Of all the movie/comic/tv collectable junk I've seen, I could see myself buying this.

If it were $30.

I went to Alter's site. It's listed as a new product, but who knows. Kinda fun but yeah, what a crazy price.
