TOKYOPOP Shifts More Manga To Print On Demand

Platinum Garden, Portrait of M&N out of the retail world

TOKYOPOP has announced via listings on its site that a couple more titles are now moving away from the world of retail distribution to just Print on Demand  Platinum Garden has been moved to this format with the eighth volume (there are currently 14 in the series) and Portrait of M&N has shifted there as of the fifth volume (there are six in the series). 

Per Right Stuf:

TOKYOPOP announced that it has removed Platinum Garden Volume 8 and Portrait of M & N Volume 5 from the list of titles available to retailers and shifted both manga to "print on demand" via its website. Both volumes have been discontinued on, and open orders containing these items will be adjusted to reflect this change.
