Tom Hanks Adapting AGENT ZIGZAG

Tom Hanks is no stranger to producing WWII thrillers with Band of Brothers and the upcoming sequel Pacific under his belt. Variety is reporting the Oscar winning thespian will be grabbing another producing credit for a WWII spy film called AGENT ZIGZAG. The film is based on a true story about a career criminal who spied on the Germans during the war. The book version of these events was just published by Bloomsbury in the UK and Harmony in the US. Hanks and Gary Goetzman will produce the flick for New Line after the studio won the auction rights to the property.
Plot Concept: Centers on the true story of Edward Arnold Chapman, a career criminal who spied on the Germans for the British in WWII





Then again, I rather he stick to this then do another movie like DaVinci Code.
I`m still waiting for that Bosom Buddies movie, Tom!
