I love the Cobra Commander/Star Scream SkyStriker. Now that is a must have, but where the hell to put it??

It's about bloody time that the GI Joe Skystriker returned to store shelves.  It was one of the best toys I had as a kid.  Even though the F-14 is now a retired design from the US Navy, it's still very iconic and totally badass.

The nitpicker in me wants to point out that Starscream was an F-15, not an F-14.  The rest of me is telling the nitpicker to shut the hell up.  The color scheme totally makes up for it.

Great stuff!  Love the Starscream/Cobra Commander, Air Swimmers, and Green Lantern figure...but the must have for me is the Spider Gremlin.  I've always been a fan of the Gremlins 2 designs, so this is long awaited.

I thought maybe they combined the two, Cobra Commander and Starscream, because they were both voiced by Chris Latta, who I wish was still alive.  I still remember the Transformers episode with Cobra Commander in it & at the end he yells, or tries to yell, "COBRAAAAAAAA!"

The flying fish are cool, but totally impractical.  If you try to use them outside, they'll fly away until becoming lodged in a tree.  If you try to use them indoors, you will discover that your ceiling is too low and the room is too small.  This sort of thing only looks cool in a large, high ceiling room like a convention center.

I love the Starscream SkyStriker, I have been saying this for years and yes, it really SHOULD be an Eagle not a Tomcat, butthe only reason he was an Eagle in the first place is that was part of the Japanese Jetron line that the Seekers were made from,  hence the weird scale they had ie. the cars being almost as big as the jets and Megatron and Soundwave being as big as they were...

That said, I can't wait to see what the modding community will do with this, take it apart, maybe confert it into an Eagle as you gofind an old starscream toy do the same and build bigger scale parts with putty and combine the two...

It's a shame they never did a crossover cartoon series in the 80s, we would have these toys already!

If they could make a smaller scale version of the flying balloons, that would def be something awesome....imagine your cat going insane with that flying around lol

I LOVE the build your own zombie.....as an adult I would play with them, then find children playing with their toys, and then infest their fun with attack zombies...."mmmmm baaaaaaarbie braaaaains!!"

Hahahaha I am picturing the scenes Bob could put togather and photograph on the next snow storm already!!!

Also, regardless of the steep price, those stormtroopers look damn amazing!!

toy fair really showed surprises galore for never thought i would one see a vince clotho figure made finaly. let alone hasbro doing a gijoe vs transformer team up toy wise even if star scream does not transform its still finaly gijoe vs transformer done toy form hope first of may the death star set. most wil no doubt buy the thing just for the mouse robot and also mostly because hasbro did the death star though not the requested toy version but the death star.
