Oh yeah speaking of Anthony Kiedis, Flea has been in a couple of movies.  He and Kiedis were in some random movie with Charlie Sheen I saw a couple of moths ago, but Flea was the Back to the Future Sequels as well I think.

Gene Simmons was better in Runaway.  Though that was not a cameo; he was the main bad guy.

Not sure if it is considered a cameo or a small role, but Flea in The Big Lewbowski is one of my favorite musician appearances in a film :)
