In ratings, ENTERPRISE shifted right up against a Tuesday night repeat of ALIAS last week. Though ALIAS was tagged as having won, according to the arcane world of Nielsen ratings, ENTERPRISE looks to have actually had 1.1 million more viewers. Go figure.
Meanwhile, ENTERPRISE's other regular adversary in the ratings, SMALLVILLE, slid down below Fox's DARK ANGEL for the week.
Also, last week's non-musical BUFFY tied with Fox's repeat of THE SIMPSONS "Treehouse of Horror XI," though the latter of the two actually had 500,000 more viewers.
Overall, the ratings for regular network programming looks to have been were somewhat diminished due to America's passion for baseball's World Series. In fact, the 7th game of the Fall Classic took the week's top spot with (17.7/11.2/18).
