DC Direct has announced that it will release five action figures based on the designs of artist Alex Ross, the painter for KINGDOM COME and MARVELS. The first series of figures will consist of Superman, The Flash and three of the League's villains: Sinestro, Bizarro and Cheetah.
Each figure will come with multiple points of articulation, a display base and ship inside a four-color window box. The Cheetah figure also has an articulated tail while a mega-rod accessory is included with Green Lantern's nemesis Sinestro.
If you're tapped for cash, don't worry: you still have plenty of time to save your pennies. The figures will arrive in specialty stores February 9, 2005.
