If you check out our official Mania blog section, you will have noticed Maniac, Fallensbane, spreading the word on an upcoming horror comic adaptation, TRAILER PARK OF TERROR. The official trailer has hit online so I'll just write it up here and plug it for you horror fans with a sense of humor. The adaptation of the Imperium Comic series is directed by Steven Goldmann and written by Timothy Dolan. It stars Nichole Hiltz (as Norma, the "Trailer Park Queen"), Lew Temple, Priscilla Barnes, J.P Manoux & Tracey Walter.

Plot Summary: Based on the popular Imperium Comics series, Trailer Park of Terror. Six troubled high school students and their chaperon, an optimistic youth ministries Pastor, return from an outdoor character building retreat in the mountains. During a raging storm, their bus crashes, hopelessly stranding them in the middle of the Trucker's Triangle, a forgotten locus of consummate evil in the middle of nowhere. The hapless group seeks shelter for the night in a seemingly abandoned trailer park they find down the road. However, when the sun sets, it's not refuge they find. Instead, terror finds them in the form of Norma, a damned redneck reaper with a killer body who dispenses vengeance and death aided by her cursed companions, a bloodthirsty brood of Undead trailer trash.

I'm surprised Rob Zombie doesn't have a hand in this production. This has his stink all over it. I'll see it though; sounds like fun.

Yep, I'm in too. But unitil I reread the paragraph about who starts in it...I could have swore that was Jamie Pressley. JP's voice is enough to turn me on...I guess I've found another. Doesn't help that they're both hot as hell. Hell, with that voice I'd probably still make it with scary zombie trailer chick. And I mean making babies.

We have been fooled--if you look closely you can see that its actually Crawford,TX and that isnt a trailer park, its the Bush Compound. And Norma is actually the Malaysian transexual Hal E. Berry. Finally a movie that tells it like it is.

Sony, what's with the whole "Malaysian transexual" fixation?

SONYMANswallows • Sep 08, 2007, 11:05pm •
I just cant stand Hal E. Berry, shes overrated, conceded, spoiled and thinks way to much of what she is not. And since Agnes Skinner said it to Seymour when he was dressed as Catwoman plus Hal E does have a penis.

Still not sure where SHE fits into this forum about a movie that has nothing to do with her.

Also, I may understand your opinion of her acting. Sometimes, she is really great. Sometimes she is not. But, looking like a man? Come on. I just don't see it. Even in her worst performances, she is still nice eye candy.

Yeah, that actress playing Norma sounds just like Jamie Presley, can't wait for this, I enjoy the comic its based on.
