'Transformers' most pirated movie of 2007

TorrentFreak.com have posted a list of the top 10 most pirated movies of 2007.

In a bittersweet victory for Paramount and Michael Bay, Transformers tops the list as the most downloaded movie of the year. While the movie made money hand over robotic fist, no doubt this status means that filmmakers were deprived of even more income for their efforts.

Another comic movie cheated by web freeloaders is 300, which ranked #6 on the list.

Strangely, the year's #1 movie, Spider-Man 3 was passed-over by the thieving crows. Most likely everyone saw it at the theaters and realized they never, ever had to see it again. Not even for free.
