Good. Now I can finally get replacements for my missing Optimus Prime hands. It's been twenty years since they disappeared up the mum's vacuum.

Hopefully, this DVD will come with bonus scenes of the recording of Dirk Diggler's classic "You've Got the Touch".

silversmith,

Good. I thought I was the only one who had a problem keeping tabs on Prime's hands.

If Sony does something cool with the Transformers and GI Joe Franchise that's cool.

But I am still dissapointed with Kid Rino loosing the license to them before they could release the final GI Joe set.

Yeah, what ever happened to the G.I. JOE movie that was supposed to be in production. Haven't heard anything lately.

I own this movie on VHS. I haven't watched it for more than ten years. Maybe I'll show my kids.

Um, those of you getting excited about replacing Prime's hands...

There are brand new molds. Hasbro's got pictures of Optimus, Hot Rod, Megatron, Starscream and Astrotrain on their site. They're not ENTIRELY G1-accurate, although most of them are closer to everything else Hasbro's done of late.

Megatron IS a gun again, but he's a weird Judge Dredd-looking gun that has a hint of Nerf about it.

Bumblebee is in the latest Transformers club newsletter, and he's kind of a funky cross between a Dodge Neon and a Mini-Cooper (VW won't associated itself with any property having to do with war or battle; they're trying to distance themselves from their Nazi origins).

Don't mean to disappoint anybody in the midst of such great news, but well, there ya go.
