I did like the part where Jason shoot Jessica in the head.  Very surprising and while this may well have been the best episode of the season, there were a few moments that left me scratching my head.

The first isn't that big of a deal, but when did Tara's mom marry the preacher she was having an affair with?  My guess is that was during the year off between season 3 and 4, but still I scratched my head for a moment.

The other 2, I'm still not sure about.  Was the ugly witch waitress even on the show when Terry and Arlene were married? (Again I think this must've occurred in the year long off season that we never saw)  Still, I didn't recall her coming around until the witch storyline, but I could be mistaken.

Lastly, have Luna and Sookie EVER meet?  They were like old pals in the hospital, but couldn't recall one single shared scene together and this one wouldn't have been during the year off as Sookie was "missing" that whole time.

Just curious, as I could have forgotten these things, but can anyone else recall these instances?

@redhairs Very good points. I also assumed Tara's mom had wed the preacher sometime during the inbetween or just off camera.

I'm pretty sure Holly was around when Arelene and Terry tied the knot, but it could also be swept up in the vague like the Tara's Mom.

I tottally agree with the last bit- while watching the episode I though the same ting. "Since when are these two BFFs?" I was going to put it in the article, but I was worried I was forgetting something, and would look like a total ass!

Good episode. The Jessica headshot, and her reaction were pretty priceless. Bill riding piggyback on Eric was also pretty laugh-out-loud.

I believe Holly has been on the show for three seasons, which was the one right before the witch arc. Anyway, I think this season is much better than last. Its been very fun.

True, just went on IMDB...Guess Holly came in on Episode 8 of season 3.  Still, that part with Sookie and Luna still gets to me.  Glad I'm not the only one thinking that.

I didn't really question the Sookie and Luna thing.  I just figured she works and is good friends with Sam so it's natural for her to go to the hospital and support him.

Man do I love seeing Godric!  I hate that he only comes back in "visions".  He is still my favorite character from the entire series.  That's kinda sad now that I think of it since he was only a minor character.

Finally caught up last night after several episodes queued up on my DVR.  This season so far is much better than last season.  They still should trim the fat.  I guess when the cast gets too big they have to come up with "filler" stories so the actors can get screen time.  I like Terry, but his Ifrit storyline is boring and badly done, especially the military flashbacks.  Clearly they didn't have any kind of military consultant, and I know I'm probably a little harsh there since I served for 5 years.

I think they need to keep Lafaette around the other characters to interact with them.  Don't like him as much off on his own.

If it was up to me they would just make it the Eric show, he is still the most interesting character to me.  I look forward to what his next move after seeing his Godric ghost.
