I was disappointed that Eric didn't do anything really confrontational with the group hopped up on Lilith blood.  I wanted to see him kill at least one of the group.

You are right that we will disagree about Terry's story being interesting.  Its just thrown in to keep the side character actors busy and on screen.

I don't think Dragon is Hoyt's mom, didn't look large enough.  Dearborne is a good suspect though.  Since Hoyt knows the driver, you'd expect we know him/her too or they probably would have shown them.

I'm glad that Elliott Smith was getting some love at the end credits scene.  Sweet.

Maybe Lillith's blood changed Bill into a junky sort of.  The same way some people change whenever they start taking drugs or whatever.

Yup, Terry's damn fire monster story is absolutely terrible!

No interest in the wolf pack leader fight...maybe Russel's presence will redeem it but we'll wait and see.

Not sure what they are doing with Bill as a character.  I'm inclined to agree that he's playing the game to further figure out what's going on within the authority.

How exactly did Luna turn into Sam?  I thought it was explained that to shift into a another person, the shifter would have to have taken a life/muder someone.  This is 2 weeks in a row that the writer's seem to have forgotten story points with regards to Luna.  Last week, it was with her BFF, Sookie whom she's never met and now this week, she shifts into Sam but never killed anyone?

Is Deborah Anne Woll naked in this ep? That's all I need to know.

 Shac - sadly, dismally no.

What is this BS with the pack challenge? This should be a fight to the death, not a game of Elmer freaking Fudd.

Also, are we really supposed to believe that the kid they let go isn't going running straight to the cops?

Eric cant do anything right now. He'll be overpowered and get killed himself.  He will figure out a way he always does to make things right.  Bill has to be playing along with the whole group. No way he's brainwashed.

Luna slept with Sam's brother who was turned into Sam at the time. My guess is she's inherited something possibly she's pregnant.

the reason she can shapeshift into another person was explained by her when she first talked about it - she told sam she was responsible for her mother's death in childbirth, and that when she was younger she turned into her mom (based on pictures) to try to get an idea of what kind of person she was since she never got to know her.

It was at that point sam found out it was possible to change into a person and his brother did so well after that point in the show.

As for the review, i like the ifrit//terry story and lafayette in general. lafayette has got to be the most believable person in this season so far in terms of "handling reality" in this fictional universe.

Bill is a survivor - he's said that before. He'll do what's necessary to survive, and in this case it means going along some with the authority but not to the point that he can't redeem himself in Eric's eyes after someone kills Russel and Eric stakes the rest of the council in the finale. Russell being 2000 years older than Eric would destroy him if Eric tried to do anything.

I think the most humorous/overlooked part of the episode is the good Reverand becoming bff's with Russell (or maybe it's just bf in this case?)
