Danny Bilson and Paul De Meo, writers and producers of the Flash Tv series and future writer on the comic-book of the Scarlet Speedster, reveal that they are working on the movie version of Paul Chadwick's 'Concrete' and Howard Chaykin's 'American Flagg', and last year they sold a treatment for a 'Sgt. Rock' movie to Warner Bros.
