Boy oh boy, was Awake awesome last week!  It's a real shame that NBC chose not to renew it, but I can't say I'm surprised given how awful the ratings have been.  At least it'll end on a strong note with Michael tracking down the people responsible for causing the accident that led to him living two separate lives.

Priest better than Jumper, are you mad my boy?

Finally saw the last entry in the Harry Potter franchise, very very good and now I understand why Deathly Hallows part 1 sucked so much, it really should've been 1 movie and not stretched out to milk it. Yeah maybe it would've been a 3 or 3 and a half hour film but that didn't hurt Return of the King

What is up with Jamie Bell always having to play second fiddle to actors he can out-act in his sleep.  Hayden Christianson in Jumper and then Channing Tatum in that Eagle movie.   I thought Jumper was an ok popcorn flick, I haven't seen Eagle, but I suspect Bell was much better in it than Tatum, who I put in my Paul Walker group of actors I just don't like.

Wise, Harry Potter got darker as it went on but it was still designed for a younger audience than LOTR.  Younger kids might not be able to sit through a 4 hour movie.

And part 1 wasn't a bad movie.  It was quieter with a lot more exposition and set up which was necessary.  But just because there were fewer explosions didn't mean it was bad.

What did everybody think of the Once Upon A Time finale?  Kinda rocked didn't it?

Nah, it was pretty bad. After 6 films you didn't need to drag it out. Nothing to do with explosions, it felt stretched. But thanks for the subtle shot.

I'm not sure how I felt about Once Upon a Time, karas.  I think the direction they decide to go next season will determine how good this finale was for me.  They could go somewhere great or just as easily go somewhere terrible.

Saw a preview for American Warships in which somebody say "No one is going to sink my battleship."  I found this line unintentionally funny.
