ANANOVA shares pix from the December 11 U.K. opening of THE TWO TOWERS in London. Among attendees were director Peter Jackson and actresses Cate Blanchett and Liv Tyler.

Blanchett, aware that her character's screen time in the film is very limited, noted, "I've seen absolutely nothing so I am really excited. It's a surreal dream. It's a historic film and it's never going to happen like this again. I think the director Peter Jackson is a genius."
