Universal Passes On T3

Though they were considered to br frontrunners to get it, Universal has chosen to pass on taking on TERMINATOR 3.
According to Variety columnist Michael Fleming, Universal ultimately decided that their summer 2003 slate was strong enough with Ang Lee's coming THE INCREDIBLE HULK movie.
Word now is that DreamWorks, Disney and Paramount are continuing to battle for the film's distribution rights.
