Well, we recently reported that the Nintendo GameCube title, ETERNAL DARKNESS, would be released at the systems launchs. Nintendo has gone on to deny this, and also has changed their current release list for the next few months.
PIKMIN, which was supposed to be released on September 19th, has been pushed back to a December 3rd release date. ETERNAL DARKNESS and SUPER SMASH BROS. MELEE have also been pushed back to that date. Pushed back also are NBA COURTSIDE 2002, which has been pushed back to early next year, along with STAR FOX ADVENTURES: DINOSAUR PLANET, which is expected in March of 2002. If these dates are final, this means the only first-party games for the GameCube will be LUIGI'S MANSION and WAVE RACE: BLUE STORM.
We'll bring you more info as the launch of the GameCube becomes closer.
