Almost as an offhand comment mentioned in a portion of the FUNimation blog comments section, word has come down that the company has indeed acquired the rights to the Vandread OVAs. "We do have the OVAs Vandread Turbulence (Gekitouhen) & Integral (Taidouhen) but I don’t have any information on how and when they will be released."
The OVAs are mostly recaps of the existing seasons but with some reworked placement and a bit of new footage.
