"Video Games Live" at Hollywood Bowl

The program for the first Video Games Live concert has been announced on the Hollywood Bowl website.
Video Games Live is the first major U.S. concert tour featuring music from a variety of the most popular video games. The tour will feature the best music and video clips from the most popular games from the beginning of video gaming to the present. It will include performances of the music with video and specially designed laser and light sequences from between 15 and 20 different games in a wide variety of styles. Also included will be a special segment focusing on retro arcade classics.
The inaugural Hollywood Bowl concert is scheduled to take place at the prestigious outdoor venue on July 6th, 2005 and will be performed by the Los Angeles Philharmonic.

Video Games Live is a live concert event featuring full orchestra and choir performing music from the greatest video games, plus laser and light sequences, video clips, live characters, and a special segment dedicated to retro arcade classics.
