Vin Diesel Set For XXX

Vin Diesel, who can currently be seen in THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS, will take home an estimated $10M to star in Revolution Studio's XXX.
The film will reunite Diesel with FAST AND THE FURIOUS helmer Rob Cohen and producer Neal Moritz. The eventual movie, which has a script by Rich Wilkes, will tell a James Bond type action story in a hip hop flavor. Plans are to start shooting in the fall with a July 2002 release date.
Meanwhile, Universal is said to be actively courting Diesel for the developing PITCH BLACK sequel.
