I must agree that Lori's actions left me a bit confused, her family is safe and she's pissed at Rick for kill ing Shane???

Beside that things are looking up for next season, the prison and a new people, and T-Dogs gonna get laid.

October is a long time to wait, they better make it worth while.

Rawila 3/19/2012 6:05:53 AM

Well it is safe to say, T-Dog is Tyrese, Meryl is in the prison, and Lori is still a B!t@#. What about Morgan and his son. it seems everyone forgot about them.

Man T-Dog is to soft around the edges to be Tyrese...but atleast he talked the last coupla episodes. I do wish the real Tyrese would pop up and take out a whole gym room of walkers like he did the comics. I think Meryl will be with the Governors crew who'll assault the prison. I jus wonder if Rick'll get his hand chopped off or not (although i kinda like that he has both ha).

Wiseguy 3/19/2012 6:48:02 AM

Yeah Rawila I've never had the pleasure of shooting a shotgun that held that many rounds.

TJ, a B come on bud, this is the best episode of the season I think. I swear I was on the edge of my seat almost the entire hour, almost running with them.

What sort of sword does this chick wield? I swear it seemed like she decapitated that zombie from 10 feet away. Does it have a telescopic handle or blade? Seriously, I haven't read the comics or was it just me

I've said it multiple times in the past but damn it I want Lori's self-righteous almighty indignant smug sanctimoniuos ass to just die a horrible death. Wasn't she almost asking Rick to kill Shane just a couple of episodes ago. WTF is wrong with this chick

Wiseguy 3/19/2012 6:55:09 AM

DarthBob I agree completely with you about the shots. Being a gun enthusiast myself there's no way they'd be as proficient as they are under the pressure of facing death. Not to mention the moving targets or they themselves hitting headshots from a moving vehicle, no way.

Having said that I almost always overlook that since it's done pretty much in all movies and tv shows. Still most real life shootouts occur within 25 feet and most rounds miss their mark

Great episode!!  Michonne FTW!!!  Can't wait until October.  That pan out sequence showing the prison was amazing!!  I think they did as best they could to provide the best scenario to move the group form the Farm.

jedibanner 3/19/2012 7:17:47 AM

Well...at least they kept SOME stuff from the comics for the finale.

Michonne, the prison and we heard the governor is in season 3.

Yep...still watching it so I can still bitch about it.

Wiseguy 3/19/2012 7:37:04 AM

One more question besides the one about what type of sword this Michonne character carries. What's the purpose of the pet zombies? Is she just nuts, does she think it scares other zombies or what?

Who else wanted to punch Lori in the face (twice) when she reacted the way she did after Rick gave her the rundown on what happened between him and Shane?  I swear I think the writers want us to hate that character the way they have handled her.

And the "Ricktatorship" begins.  (That term was used on The Talking Dead, and sums that up perfectly).  It's about time.  Rick has been under a lot of stress, and really it is kind of impressive that he waited this long before laying down the law.   (Though he probably did have to wait until Shane was out of the picture.)  I don't think this is a bad thing, and is probably what the group needs.  The difference between a dictatorship and Ricktatorship is that you are free to leave the Rickies whenever you want.  Get in line or get out.  Sounds about right for the situation they are in.

I say it will be well after the mid-season break before Andrea & Michonne meet up at the prison.  If it took them that long to find Sophia (who was in the surrounding area, then it may take 4-5 years for them to find the group over an hour's drive away).  The pacing of the show is slow, and it needs to be.  It just seems a little too slow to me.

OK, I'll chack back in a bit after I've read the comments (and maybe even have done some work).  :)

Loved the episode. Did not see the herd showing up as a "convenience". The only thing I saw in that respect is that the walkers chomped only on characters that were hardly used anyway. Just have to wait impatiently for next season. I'll distract myself with Game of Thrones and then complain when that show's season is over.

Thanks, The Mgmt.
