I don't see how everybody thinks that Carl put the gun on Rick. Of course it was supposed to look like that so that's what Rick thought - and maybe us - but he clearly saw Shane start to move and get up.

Oh - as for the Shane and Rick and Carl thing happening so late. Now that I think about it it makes sense that given the medium it's taken so long to get to this point. I think it's always been the plan to wait this long and if it had taken longer it woiuld have been ridiculous.

Being the medium that it is now and with a whole new audience added on I don't think the impact and consequences of what happened in the comics would have been as great (for the show) if it would have happened earlier. Plus it wouldnt have surprised me as much as it did. With RIck pulling the knife and all. I'm glad it panned out different. I was on the edge of my seat seeing as Carl wasn't there yet and not knowing what was happening but that Shane was definitely going to get it.

Another great episode, can't wait for the finale!

does anyone know who they got to play micchone?  u know shes popping out in the finale and then we'll see the prison.  no other way to leave for next season.  although i guess u can leave michonne for the season premier but i doubt it.

Wessmith...well said.  This is why I noted in my Review of Game of Thrones that I felt my not having read the books was an asset to me since I did not have to wring my hands over every little detail that might have been change.  TV shows and films are NOT comics and books..they are made for a larger, mass audience.

Wish...Bwa ha ha ha ha!  Awesome!

Gotta love Carl and his cloak of invisibility that he has been using these last few weeks.

Well...I am stoked! I have been loving this since the start. Could care less if it follows the books. Listen folks...we have a show with zombies!! Its a genre dream come true, enjoy it while it lasts.

Also, if the show even romotely follows the books, our group is about to face some real dark times. If the individual they meet next season (or maybe the one following) is indeed the Governor, major sacrifices in both morals and ethics will have to be made...That dude is wack!! I only hope that the show doesnt water down his role to much...really. That man made my skin crawl.

Mtaffer...Joe?  LOL

Hanso...not sure where you heard about micchone popping up in finale...but when it was reported just two weeks ago about who would be playing the Governor in season 3 the role of Micchone had NOT been cast as of yet and there was no mention of her being included.

Oh snap, I didn't realize this was TJ doing the review til his LOL post. Nice job Tim but what happened to Joe?

LOL at wish and hanso.

scythe put it on youtube if you follow hanso's advice.

tjanson 3/12/2012 9:43:52 AM is indeed the governor.  I reported in my last Tuesday Terrors column that British actor David Morrissey has been cast as The Governor.
