Can't wait for season 3 to start! This promise to be a great season.

This a good example of corporate greed . Not only DISH channels not allowing its customers access to what they are paying for , but making them pay for their problems . Even cable companies are outragous with their prices of monthly cable . I know We pay over a hundred dollars a month for cable . If people boycotted them for a month , perhaps they would alter their prices an give the customer what they want instead of stuffing their wallets with our money an not giving us what we pay for !
Hopefully it won't be long before the idiocy of broadcast/cable TV networks is a thing of the past. Streaming/On Demand is the obvious future of television. DISH and DirecTV should be joining Blockbuster in obsolescence soon.
@ Reek: Dish actually owns Blockbuster now. Coincidence?
I'll say this for Dish though - Because of the whole AMC fiasco, Dish gave me a brand new Roku XS with HDMI cable and a $35 credit on my bill so I could stream the episodes on Amazon. So if you're a Dish customer, it actually worked out pretty well.
I don't have it but is WD on Netflicks? I don't need Dish nor Netflicks but friends who are trying to save money on tv in general, until economy changes (obama out of office in other words).
I think they just added season 2 on Netflix. Gonna try to rewatch the last few episodes at least so that I can shake off the WD rust.
Direct TV went through something similar to this awhile back. It wasn't a lawsuit though it was a contract renegotiation. From what I understand Dish backed out of a contract to carry AMC affiliate Voom HD's suite of channels in 2008 and now AMC wants 2.5 billion in damages. Dish is using the channel blackout as leverage to pressure AMC into a smaller settlement.
