War Of The Worlds on Tour comes to DVD

The DVD of the Live On Stage tour of Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of The Worlds has been released by Universal Pictures. The DVD has been mixed in both stereo and 5.1 surround sound and is available in two separate packs:
Standard Release – features the full length show at Wembley Arena (April 25th, 2006) and also Bonus Features.
Special Edition 2 Disc Set – features a 12 Page Collector's Booklet with exclusive photos from the show, Disc One: Standard Release including bonus footage, Disc Two: The Tour 2006 - A Journal plus Bonus Features.
Originally conceived and released as an innovative concept album in 1978, Jeff Wayne’s progressive rock adaptation of the famous H.G. Wells story was extremely successful, and has been re-released in a number of formats and special editions.
