Warners & Others Set Release Dates for 2005 and 2006

Warner Bros. has moved the release date of its horror remake "House of Wax" back a week to the week of May 6 weekend. "Wax" stars Elisha Cuthbert, Chad Michael Murray, and Paris Hilton.

In addition, 20th Century Fox's "Kingdom of Heaven," Disney's "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy," New Line's "Monster-in-Law" and MGM's "Jiminy Glick in La La Wood" will also be released in and around that date.

Dimension has set Terry Gilliam film's "The Brothers Grimm" for July 29 release.

It was also annonced that Bryan Singer's "Superman" is now looking at a June 30, 2006 release date. In addition, Wolfgang Petersen's "The Poseidon Adventure" remake has been set for release on May 5, 2006.
