Here's a trio of 'Watchmen' reports from around the interwebs, including what may be a major spoiler. We have not included the spoiler here, but instead provide a link for those who must know all...

Dave Gibbons interviewed got a chance to interview Dave Gibbons about all things 'Watchmen'.

Here's an excerpt about remaining friends wilt Alan Moore while promoting the movie that the author has disavowed:

He has had a bad experience with Hollywood. I’ve had no real prior experience with Hollywood. And I have to tell you that the experience that I’m having so far — so far, as Alan has warned me — so far, my experience is very, very good. I’m being very well-treated, my input is being sought, and I did feel that I’m able to have a positive effect on what’s being done with the movie and everything to do with it.

Alan doesn’t have a problem with me doing that. He doesn’t take the moral high ground. It isn’t that he thinks that anything to do with movies is evil and wicked. He would say that he’s had a bad experience and that’s the truth. But it isn’t a thing that really comes between me and him at all.

Doc-Blocked at the Portland Screening also crashed a recent test screening of the film in Portland in hopes of getting a good look at Dr. Manhattan and the gang. However, they found that big, angry security guards are the ones who watch out for 'Watchmen'

The Ending Revealed?

Fans on IMDB posted what are alleged reports from the above Portland screening. Doing so would be in violation of non-disclosure agreements they were required to sign by Warner Bros. It's a direct adaptation (or so we're told) of a 20 year old graphic novel, that the vast majority of us SHOULD have read...

Is there anyone here that seriously doesn't already know the ending?

It's hard to take this seriously anyway. Anyone could say they saw it or whatever. But if true they did change the ending and it may actually make sense if they want some of the problems we face today to play a part in the film.

I would've thought that the pending litigation wouldn't allow WB to screen the film until all is settled.

I had no idea there was a screening in Portland, until I heard people talking about it on the radio the next day. I would have called in sick to work to sit in front of the theater all day to see this. DAMMIT!!!!

Well, Zach Snyder did say they had more than one cut put together of this movie so I wouldn't be surprised if they were showing an advance to get an idea how much more to add or cut.

I'm sure the music special effects are not finished though but I still would have checked it out.

Actually, I've never read the comic, so I have no idea what the ending should be. I'll probably read it sometime between now and when it comes out. I've heard great things about it, but never the book.

i read the comic and I live in oregon but did not attend the screening I too thought the litigations would of stop them from showing it but now that all those punks breached a confidentiality agreement with WB. they will probably never screen a future movie at the regel 10 in Portland again. I thought Zack would of stayed true besides I think it would have been a good BIG SCREEN ending.
