Who else caught the WatchMen commercial during the Ravens/Titans game on saturday? That had me jumping for joy!
Go Ravens! 13-10! Boosh!

Fans who have fretted over Fox's lawsuit against Warner Bros. seeking to block the release of 'Watchmen' may be able to rest a bit easier this weekend.
Warner had previously asked Judge to expedite the hearing on the case, which was slated for January 20th. There was to be a hearing on Friday in order to see if things could be moved up. Now, on the Deadline Hollywood site, Nikki Finke reports that lawyers on both sides of the much-scrutinized dust-up instead asked federal judge Gary Feess to delay his decision on that.
Why?
The legal teams say, "settlement talks have been productive." These talks are to continue over the weekend.
The judge granted the postponement of the decision on whether or not to expidite, but also said that barring a settlement, the case would go before him on January 20th as scheduled.
The documents filed by both parties indicate settlement talks started a week ago and concessions have been made.
In other reporting, we mentioned yesterday that producer Larry Gordon had delivered a letter to Judge Fess stating his case and pointing fingers at Fox and his previous lawyers.
Curious parties can now read a copy of that letter posted in full on The Hollywood Reporter website.
Thanks to Antonello Blueberry for the submission.

Wow, you posted this Saturday...almost missed it which is easy to do with your new Web design. Come on Mania, you are going to lose your long term bloggers if you don't fine tune this thing.
As far as Watchmen is concerned...is it too soon to say I told you so? Okay, I'll wait for it to get settled first.
So, pretty much exactly what's been predicted here. Fox gets to make money on a movie they never wanted to make. The amount of idiocy surrounding this case amazes me.
