Settlement talks between Warner Bros and 20th Century Fox in the 'Watchmen' case, that were hinted at on Friday took a step forward on Monday, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The two parties met in a closed-door meeting on Monday with Judge Gary Feess in Los Angeles court to hammer out details of a settlement. Neither party is disclosing details of that 30 minute confab. However, Warner has backed off requests to move up the January 20th hearing which is an indicator that a settlement is near.
Thanks to Antonello Blueberry for the submission.

IESB.net has a SPOILER report detailing some of the robots in disguise we may see in 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen'.
We're posting the info in disappearing ink to protect those who wish to avoid it. Simply swipe the next passage with the mouse and it will transform (get it?) into readable text.
OK, here's the secret scoop: according to IESB we may see Superion, the mega Autobot who is a combo of five normal-sized Autobots: Silverbolt, Airazor, Fireflight, Skydive and Air Raid. As their names suggest, these are actually Aeiralbots. A combo-autobot makes sense, since its been long rumored that the Decepticons will have one as well in this movie.
IESB has toy photos that support their story.
Def will be getting the Punisher finally it was done right.
Just watched the Wrestler and what a great film.Once again Rourke proves why he's one of my favorite actors.
Haley is Rorschach
When the concept art of the move was released or leaked (what ever) wasn't it of a different giant robot but it was made of construction vehicles maybe there both in the movie it did say the Autobots and Decepticons each have there own giant size friend
The Transformers rumor should be taken with a grain of salt, as Michael Bay has said in the past that he will be dilibiterly releaseing false information.
