The WB has chosen to cancel their long in the works BABY BLUES animated TV series. As a result, the network will not only not get around to showing the initial six complete episodes held over from the program's first season, but the entire 13-episode second season as well.
The powers that be at the WB chose to pull the plug on the series as a result of a successful 2001-2002 comedy development slate. They thus determined that BABY BLUES would have no place on their schedule and chose to shelve it.
Word has it that the price tag for the never to be seen episodes adds up to more than $15M.
